The scene describes itself. But, I’ve been watching Castle now for awhile and I get a kick out of Castle.

Castle is an author who knows the mayor and has a free pass to tag along with the police on crime scenes. He gets to help solve cases and then he writes books based on those cases.

His relationship with Becket is often hilarious because he loves the intriguing cases. He really gets into them. Like the case that involved a possible haunted house. The look on his face was priceless every time he thought he might get to meet a ghost.

That’s why I think this scene is so typically him. Castle is an intelligent man and there is no way he believes in zombies. But, he does love to mess with Becket when he gets a chance. And you have to admit, this would be one great opportunity.
