Accually it was a tape recording on a tv segment talking about different dialects and customs in several parts of the coutry. The taping was shown to us in my college Human Communications class. Now the footage was at least two decades old. She was in her mid years at the time. Blonde mullet-like hair, pretty female. "Im that famous operator's voice !" she said. From what I remember she was acually presenting herself as an example for a special voice universally used to make it more comfortable for people all over the world to interpret.
